My styling routine with product measurements

In the shower, I start with just under a palmful of shampoo to cleanse my hair.

Next I condition using either a big scoop of the deep conditioning mask or a generous amount of conditioner - enough to fully saturate my hair.

After stepping out of the shower, I move on to styling and apply the following products....

I use a pound-sized amount of Wave Cream for one side of my hair.

I smooth it through my soaking wet hair with my hands in a praying position.

Then repeat the process for the other side.

I comb through my hair with the wide tooth comb.

I use 4 pumps of Cast Foam for one side of my hair.

I scrunch it into my hair towards my scalp.

I do this until I hear a squishing sound.

Then repeat the process for the other side.

I use a generous two pound-sized amount of Protect Gel for one side of my hair.

I scrunch the gel into my hair, the same way I do with the foam.

Then repeat the process for the other side.

These are the amounts that work best for my hair, but everyone's hair is unique - you may need to experiment to find the right amounts for yours!
