Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I use each product?
Use the Deep Conditioning Mask every wash day, the Plex Treatment every fourth wash, and the Hair Oil daily or whenever your lengths and ends feel dry.
Do I need to use all three products together?
The products work best as a complete repair routine, but you do not need to use all three every time. On Plex days, follow with the Mask if your hair still feels rough or tangled, then finish with Hair Oil once dry.
Will the products weigh down fine hair?
If you have fine hair, start with a small amount of the Mask and just a few drops of Hair Oil. Concentrate on the mid-lengths and ends, adding more only when your hair needs it.
How quickly will I see results?
