Products are good but the wave doesnt stay for me. Perhaps im not drying it right as this is where i feel the process goes wrong for me. Smell of products is lush. My shampoo pump didnt work so that was disappointing as a first time customer. I just have to unscrew it rather them pump.
Hair feels a little straw like with all the products but a little spray of water and a scrunch and hair on none wash days looks fine still. Will continue but not hopefully the wave will stay despite it being wavy when wet.

Just wow

Amazing results from the start. I purchased the starter kit and refresh spray. After watching the video I followed the product instructions and dried as suggested in a micro cloth towel. My hair has never been so wavy and defined. I have also resisted combing each day and now only wash it a couple of times a week. The refresh spray is amazing, I damp my hair down first then spray it. I have now purchased the comb too as its much more chunky than my previous one. Thank you. I just wish I had discovered Merwave sooner. The new packaging is a bonus.
